Box Co., Ltd. is an integrated metal
packaging enterprise
with tin product frame designing , tinplate
printing, mould / tooling design & development
, and tin can
manufacturing. It is consolidated based on
several tin manufacture companies and mould factory
with about 30 years
history.
The company possesses a manufacturing space
over 10,000 squire meters (100,000 squire feet).
More than 200 sets of
machinery were installed in 10 production lines
and 6 packing lines. Especially, the company
established a
specialized dust free food packaging shop and
storage place with 2 packing lines. This dust free
workshop is
specialized in food tin packaging and food
canning which has a very strict sanitation
requirement. The company owns
over 500 sets of moulds, and employed over 400
staffs. The company's production capacity is
more than 50
million various cans per year.
The company has a tinplate printing
factory with about 10,000
squire meters (100,000 squire feet) of working
area. Its Japanese made "Fuji 452"
printing equipment is
the most advanced in the world. There are two
tinplate printing lines and one coating line. The
tinplate printing
machinery is equipped with advanced
"Alcohol Rolling"System. Various advanced
filming and molding
equipments, over 80 technicians make this
factory meet not only the internal printing needs
but external needs as
well.
The company's mould factory possesses
enriched mould design,
development and manufacturing experiences and
capabilities. It has more than 100 technicians, and
advanced
facilities. It can provide both metal moulds
and plastic moulds to produce any new samples for
our own R&D
department and customers in a timely manner.
